C215 — Street stencil in New Delhi
C215 is (as far as we know) the first stencil/street artist to paint on the streets of India. These photographs were taken in the Karol Bagh District of New Delhi between 7th -16th October 2008. He strayed off the tourist trail somehow and ended up in this unimaginably poor district. These pieces were mainly for the children to see and enjoy.
